I was trying to use the site on my phone while sitting on the couch after dinner, and it got annoying fast. The buttons seemed to lag whenever I tapped them, and the pages kept jumping around like they hadn’t fully loaded or something. I wasn’t doing anything complicated, just browsing around, but it made the whole thing feel way more frustrating than it needed to be

I really wanted to like Goodshop, and I still think the idea is decent, but the search feature was, a little frustrating. I typed in some basic store names and sometimes got results that felt random, or just nothing that was actually helpful.

It also seemed kind of slow for me, and I kept having to rethink what to type just to find the same store. I thought maybe the filters would help, but they didn’t really make things much easier either.

If you already know exactly where to go, the site is probably fine. But if you’re just browsing or trying to search around, it gets annoying quickly. I’d maybe use it again, but I really hope they improve the search.

I’ve used goodshop a handful of times my first reaction was like, okay, this is handy. It’s easy enough to find deals and cashback offers, and I haven’t really had any issues using the site itself.

But then the emails started hitting my inbox constantly, and I was immediately like, alright, this is too much. I know I can unsubscribe or mess with the settings, but it still feels annoying. I’d give it 3 stars because the site is useful, but the inbox clutter really takes away from it.

I contacted support about the issue I was having, their replies did absolutely nothing to fix it. I’m not even slightly exaggerating when I say it felt like they were just sending the same line over and over. I waited, gave it a chance, and the problem was still sitting there like nothing happened. I’m 100% sure I wouldn’t use them again

Not gonna lie, I wanted to feel good about using this, but I couldn’t really figure out how much of my donation was actually going to the charity. The info felt vague, and I didn’t see enough proof or transparency to make me feel confident sticking with it.

The referral program does work, so I’ll give them that. But the bonus isn’t exactly huge, no matter how nice they make it sound in the promo wording. It also took a little while for the credit to show up, which made me wonder if it was actually coming. In the end, it did, so it’s okay — just not something I’d get too excited about

The promo emails, weirdly enough, are on point and not just random things thrown at me. Stuff I shop for, they seem to match it. I actually end up clicking them sometimes.

I did get my donation payouts, so thats good. It was just a little slow coming in, but overall it worked fine for me

I do like the account dashboard because it makes my points and deals really easy to find without digging around. It’s straightforward and no-fuss, which I appreciate. I just wish I didn’t have to wait so long for things to load or update sometimes, that part gets frustrating
